Kirsten and Kevin had a beautiful Christmas wedding last month at the BVFRD Banquet Hall, and it did not disappoint! For those who don’t know, BVFRD stands for Burke Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department. It’s a really cool venue, but the best part (in my opinion), is that all of the proceeds from renting the banquet hall goes to support the operations of the firefighters and emergency medical personnel that serve the Burke community. They had their wedding ceremony at their church, The Kings Chapel, which was also beautiful.
There were so many personal and unique aspects to Kirsten and Kevin’s wedding day. To start, Kirsten’s wedding ring is her grandmothers, which is amazing! Kevin’s father was the officiant, and he did such a great job with it. Kirsten made the invitations for their wedding, along with most of the wedding details, including even her hair piece! Lets see.. what else.. oh yeah!! KIRSTEN GRADUATED from nursing school on the same day as her wedding, and her mom showed off her pin! And, Kevin graduated the police academy at the end of last month! They had so many meaningful things happening all at one time, it was so special!
There were tons of pictures, but here are a few of my favorites from the day. I hope you all enjoy them! 🙂
